We could use a few more volunteers for our Care Ministry Card Team. When someone in our church family is having surgery, dealing with an illness, grieving a loss, or celebrating something joyful like a new baby, our team makes sure they receive a card letting them know we care.
Volunteers take turns sending cards, so it’s a simple way to help that doesn’t require a large time commitment. A few handwritten words can mean so much to someone who needs encouragement, or someone who would love to have us share in their joy. (You do not have to make the cards/notes).
